We look forward to welcome you at the Chalet See und Schnee (Snow and lake)! An exclusive holiday home awaits you in Niedernsill in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park. The small village lies in the centre of the Salzach Valley and is the ideal starting point for excursions and sporting activities. Zell am See, Kaprun and Mittersill are only 15 minutes away by car. In just a few minutes you will find numerous restaurants, bars and cafes. A bakery and two supermarkets are also in town. The house has a direct connection to hiking trails and the great Pinzgauer Radwanderweg (Cycling). The Schmalspuhrbahn (Train) is about 400m away and offers a great alternative to the car. Our Chalet

Our house Our house is situated in a quiet residential area on a hill not far from the town centre. The lake with tennis courts, mini golf, football and volleyball courts, a supermarket and the bakery are just a few minutes' walk away. Restaurants, bars and cafes await you in the centre of town and by the lake. There are 2 carports right next to the house. On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room with a dining area and a large seating area around the tiled stove and the large flat screen TV. From there you have access to the terrace with barbecue facilities. A fully equipped kitchen is immediately adjacent. Beside the living rooms there are on 150 m2 4 closed bedrooms (partly with balcony) which are all equipped with flatscreens. In addition, there are 2 bathrooms, which are newly renovated, as well as the entire living room design are constantly kept up to date. Optionally also a double room with shower/WC can be booked. Thus also a group of adults finds easily place with us for a stress-free, pleasant vacation.
